New Business Field Sales Executive - 2 roles

1 x Central and Greater London based
1 x Scotland based.

Up to £25,000 basic with realistic OTE of £40,000+

Due to continued expansion, exciting opportunities have arisen for New Business Field Sales Executives to join a forward thinking, sales led organisation. We have an excellent product range and an enviable reputation within our industry.

You're ambitious. You're highly motivated. You have already begun building a great track record of securing and nurturing profitable new business through B2B channels.

We are looking for a confident, driven individual who has at least 2 year’s experience in a B2B sales role plus a stable work history with a strong work ethic who can deliver immediate results.

The role:

As New Business Field Sales Executive you will be joining a fresh and highly motivated team. You will be responsible for pro-actively generating business from new customers within your designated territory (London). Your focus will be selling our range of office coffee systems from major brands to businesses through product demonstrations and face to face meetings.  Considerable marketing support will assist in lead generation.

- Managing and exceeding personal daily and weekly targets & KPI’s
- Demonstration of products at face to face meetings
- Develop and maintain your own pipeline of activity
- Considerable telemarketing activity to generate solid leads
- Be able to thrive on your own initiative, remain positive and secure orders
- Submitting in depth weekly and monthly reports

Essential requirements:

- A proven track record in sales, achieving and exceeding targets in the coffee industry
- A self starter who is driven and self motivated
- Be proactive with a professional approach
- Experience of working in and around London
- Admin & IT skills.
- Full driving licence
